Our Moroccan stretch tent is erected to cover the pool and deck area. Our stage covering half the pool is popular with this venue.

THE SPACE

The Space offers wooden floors, creating warmth and an elegant ambiance with its own entrance and veranda for welcome drinks.

THE CHAPEL & THEATRE

The Chapel offers wooden floors, creating warmth and elegant ambiance. This venue boasts a deck as well as a stage/dance floor with all amenities inside.

MUSIC

DJ’s or Musicians are allowed to play until 24H00 (midnight), thereafter the music must be turned down out of consideration for our neighbours.

MENU

Our wedding menu can be altered to suite your taste buds. We can offer you plated starters or canapés, variety mains or platters per table. We are able to cater  a three course meal from R160 per head. Attached we have put together options to give you some insight and inspiration when planning your menu. Our F&B Manager has a wealth of experience and can assist with making your menu suite your wedding. The menu must be finalised 1 month prior to your function.

The total number of guests must be confirmed 14 days before the function. Final numbers given will be the minimum amount catered and charged for. Should the numbers increase, we will charge accordingly.

BAR & BEVERAGES

There are a number of ways to organize the workings of the bar on your wedding day:

• LIMIT : You select a monetary limit
• FULL BAR : This may also have a monetary limit
• CASH BAR : A full or limited bar can be available

Kindly confirm your bar request a month prior to your wedding.
Wines, Sparkling wines and Champagne must be selected a month prior to the event to ensure an adequate supply. As we pride ourselves on our wine selection no corkage is on offer. The bar closes strictly at 24H00.

Here are the additional equipment/services we offer. Where we cannot assist, we can recommend service providers that have done fantastic weddings here at the resort:

• DECOR : All colour-themed linen, decor, floral arrangements, centre pieces, base plates, lighting and draping will be extra.
• CAKE : Our chef can design to your requirements, cake or cupcakes
• GAZEBO: Set-up and rental – R 1 800.00
• ARCH : Driftwood , set -up and rental - R 1000
• LIGHTS : Fairy lights at R 1 200.00
• LIGHTS : White Chinese lantern at R2 500
• STAGE : Stage over pool – R 1 500.00
• MIDNIGHT: A service fee of R 1000.00 per hour after midnight will be charged at all venues

ACCOMMODATION

Beach Break has twelve luxurious rooms available, one of which is a honeymoon suite.
Village Break offers accommodation in Cape Dutch style cottages varying in size from 2 to 5 bedrooms.
Club Break consists of 1 or 2 roomed Apartments situated around a communal swimming pool.
We offer reduced accommodation rates to all our wedding guests.

CONDITIONS

We require a 50% deposit of the total quoted price ( inclusive of VAT)  in order to secure the venue hire. The balance will be payable 14 days prior to the event. All prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice.
